The Workplace Employment Relations Study (WERS) is the most definitive and influential study of employment relations in Great Britain.

WERS consults nearly 3,000 organisations across the length and breadth of Britain, on all areas of workplace policy and practice.

This rigorous and highly influential study covers both large and small workplaces across the private and public sectors.

Findings

The results from WERS will track developments in employment relations, to inform government policy and legislation developments.

WERS is a valuable benchmarking tool. It will help participating workplaces compare employment relations performance and practices with other organisations, both in particular sectors and across the country. To say thank you, participants will be granted early access to these study findings.
